  • Every package is securely wrapped in protective, transit-tested packaging to minimize the risk of candle glass breakage.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
  • Handcrafted Processing: Because our premium candles are crafted in small batches, please allow [e.g., 1–3 business days] for order processing, quality inspection, and packaging before dispatch.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
  • Once your package leaves our facility, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address or phone number so you can monitor its journey in real time.
3. Delivery Estimates
  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within [e.g., 3–7 business days], depending on your location.
  • Remote areas or regions experiencing heavy seasonal courier delays may take slightly longer.

5. Important Verification Upon Delivery
  • Damaged Fragile Items: Glass jars can occasionally break during long-distance transit. As detailed in our Exchange Policy, RIVAYU strictly requires a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the unopened box to verify any broken pieces.
  • Reporting Window: Any damage must be emailed to support@rivayu.com within 48 hours of the delivery tracking timestamp to qualify for a free replacement. If verified, RIVAYU covers 100% of the replacement shipping costs.
